how to use a state page:

	The CONTACTS link goes to a list of .network participants. Also, the names of locations highlighted as links access contact data for participants who are their economic development representatives and in position to provide location data.
	The GRC link goes to a state page that lists locations and contacts. Information is limited but more is available if you want it. The file essentially prompts you to ask us to deliver on the search promise of The Networkmore about the GRC.
	Select REGIONS for an explanation or the linked state name for a list. Regional files are published in http://www.SiteLocationAssistance.com (the SLA website).
	The COUNTIES link should be self-explanatory. Linked location names go to contact data for .network participants who are local economic development representatives.
	The LOCATIONS / AREA DEVELOPMENT link goes to the list of places that users have inquired about. Our response to an inquiry is to try to find a map online that provides various links to area organizations involved in economic development. If the abbreviation loc is shown as a link it goes to a map or explanation. Other links go either to information that .network participants provide or to the GRC page published to accommodate requests for free location listings.

We listed the next best reference available if a state association offered no free-access membership directory online. Our objective was to find and report sources of contact data for local economic development representatives before all others.
